Early stick garlic, ideal for fresh garlic.

Contact & access

Its production is best suited to fresh or "green" garlic. The Primor variety ripens about 3 weeks before other varieties such as GERMIDOUR. It can be harvested as soon as the cloves begin to form, and sold as fresh garlic.  

It is advisable to plant it between September 15 and early October in regions not very sensitive to winter frosts, to gain earliness and optimize its growth.

Is it necessary to cut the flowering stem of the Primor variety?

To maximize yield and obtain larger bulbs, we recommend cutting Primor's flowering stem. This practice redirects the plant's energy towards bulb development, resulting in a higher-quality product and facilitating harvesting, especially mechanical harvesting.
