This vigorous garlic produces beautiful white bulbs and large cloves.
The strong root development that characterizes this variety enables it to withstand harsh climates. Therador bulbs are covered with a white skin with purplish highlights. The variety is moderately dormant, enabling it to keep well after harvesting. This autumn garlic is adapted to a variety of climatic conditions.

Receive garlic bulbs or bulblets ready to plant?
You can choose to receive your certified seed garlic in bulb or clove form. EARL du Pont Vert is able to offer you a garlic de-bushing service. You'll receive garlic cloves ready for planting.
However, garlic bulblets can only be stored for a very short time between destoning and planting (around one week). This means that when you receive certified garlic seed, you must be able to sow it immediately, i.e. the soil must be prepared and the weather conditions suitable for planting. Please contact us to discuss the possibility of this service.
Why plant garlic from certified seed?
The certified garlic plant is a guarantee of sanitary traceability and quality. Certified garlic seed is obtained by complying with the strict specifications of the Service Officiel de Contrôle (S.O.C.).
Certified garlic seed guarantees :
